As we have been trading since 1999, we have built up an enviable reputation, which is vitally important for us to maintain. So you will find us very straightforward to deal with, and this is what you can expect from us;
- You will always get our honest opinion, we’ll tell you what options are available, and we’ll advise you of what we think is in your best interest.
- We aim to be a fair as possible when quoting and the price given is based on what we can reasonably see in front of us. If we find some additional damage or part of the repair that couldn’t have been foreseen from just looking at it eg. (remove a panel and a fixing bracket is already broken and needs replacing), we will ALWAYS call you to advise and confirm your preference on going forward with the repair.
- We always aim to get repairs completed when we say and agree with you. If we run into any unexpected problems, we’ll always let you know what’s happening.
- Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We are human and do sometimes make mistakes but will always do our very best to put things right with the minimum of fuss.
